Security is a family business
managed by the husband and wife team of Sarah and
Richard. Richard looks after all of the engineering
aspects, and Sarah keeps the administration
together!
Scorpion Group Security was formed
in 1996 by Richard after working as an alarm engineer
for a major local security company. In 1999
Richard's wife, Sarah, left her RAF position to
support Richard in his security work.
Today, Richard passionately designs and
installs new systems and maintains older systems
with over 500 CCTV and intruder alarm systems
being serviced anually in
the Gloucestershire area. Sarah ensures
the administration and accounts are processed
efficiently and customer requests are dealt with
swiftly.
As the years pass by, both
Sarah and Richard have met many new
customers. Many of
these customers have also become friends,
showing clearly that the traditional customer care
and service from all those years ago is still here
in Scorpion Group Security!
